Wellness Group

Life can throw at us or our loved ones unexpected traumatic events which knock us for six.


We feel stressed and out of our depth, wondering how to cope and who to turn to.


This group looks at the many ways we can cope and slowly overcome these devastating feelings,  helping each other, sharing our own experiences if we feel they can help, being a listening ear or just enjoying the fellowship along with a cup of coffee.


Angela is an experienced counsellor who knows what it is like to feel fearful, depressed or bereaved and can share tried and tested ways of coping so that life begins to be enjoyable again.
